2002 will be a year of highlights for Messe Düsseldorf
EuroShop Düsseldorf joins forces with RETAIL TECHNOLOGY and the
P.O.S.MarketingCongress for the first time
EuroShop 2002, the global retail investment fair, is set to lengthen its world lead. From 23 to 27 February 2002 the international
trade community will again flock to Düsseldorf to display and debate innovations and trends in its sector.
A transparent exhibit structure ensures a fast-track route for visitors. The retail
frontrunner is now sub-divided into EuroConcept (shopfitting, store equipment, lighting technology, refrigeration
equipment, building technology), EuroSales (visual merchandising, sales promotion, POS
marketing), EuroCIS (communications, information and security technology) and EuroExpo (stand construction, design,
special events), all on show over a total net area of 100,000 square metres.
Congresses and specialist events will frame each of the four theme areas. 1,600 exhibitors from 38 countries
will head for EuroShop in Düsseldorf on the Rhine.
P.O.S. MarketingCongress alongside EuroShop
For the first time, P.O.S. MarketingCongress will be staged alongside EuroShop. From 25 to 27 February 2002,
top-calibre experts from around the globe will meet to debate current developments and trends in direct
marketing, co-marketing, event marketing, ECR, sales promotion, sales support and category management.
