TRADE FAIR
The eGo, the eGovernment congress trade fair of
Europe's regionstakes placed from 7 until 8 October
2003 in Düsseldorf for the first time. In
the field of eAdministration
and eDemocracy,
eEducation and
eBusiness, the
eGo served as the central platform for the transfer
of knowledge and expertise. Furthermore, it initiated
learning and growth effects between the EU states.
The focus was upon modern government and administration
in the Europe of the 21st century. Here current
eGovernment projects,
initiatives that
point the way as well as innovative
products and services were presented to
the decision makers from the economic, administrative,
academic and political fields.
The international symposium
MEDIA@Komm
took also place running in parallel with this.
The eGo2003 and the international symposium MEDIA@Komm
thus constituted an exclusive trade fair and informative
specialist congress under one roof.
